How does it work?

- We organise the activity together

Anyone living, working or engaged in the municipality of Steinfort can propose a project or an activity open to the public for the Bierger*Haus.
The Bierger*Haus asbl Committee will review your proposal at its next meeting and will get back to you if they have any questions.
A lead time of approximately 6 weeks is required for organisation and publication in the municipal calendar.
We support your project
The Bierger*Haus asbl supports project organisers with:
- Logistical organisation
- Communication
- Setting up the activity
You run your activity, and we support you with the organisation and communication.
Activities should be free of charge where possible. The Bierger*Haus asbl has a budget to cover costs associated with organising the activity.
Note: The Bierger*Haus is not suitable for sporting activities.
Even an idea that is still under consideration is welcome!
